F6F - 5 Hellcat(The Aluminium Tank)
Hey guys i tried to recreate the naval warplane that turned the tide of naval warfare for the allies. Presenting an old used hellcat F6f-5. Modelled in maya, textured and shaded in substance and photoshop and lit and rendered out in arnold maya. Would love to hear any comments, critiques or advices as to how I could improve this or keep in mind for the next projects i work on. Fun fact: At one point, Grumman was turning out one Hellcat per hour—644 per month—an aircraft production record that has never been equaled. Thanks.
